Ana Carolina Delai has a law degree, but her passion for infusions always spoke louder. Having tea with
family was a custom since childhood, especially with her grandmother. The young woman made an
exchange to England and there she further intensified the habit of consuming teas and infusions at all times. From that, she decided to study and get to know a little more about it. Became a tea sommelier, she visited plantations in the
China, she took a Tea Blender course in Argentina, all to bring Catherine Fine Teas to life, a space with personalized service and careful curation
for those who want to enjoy the best of teas.
The store was created in 2018, with the aim of spreading the culture of tea in Brazil, proposing different ways to consume it.
